Equipment prices may be displayed in our advertisements in the trade press and in our mailouts. Due to the nature of the business, these may vary, so please
check price and availability before placing your order. Where quotations are requested, these remain valid for a period not exceeding 30 days. Please note all prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and

Cancellations
We may have to buy in stock specifically to fulfil an order, so
cancellations are severely frowned upon.
We retain the right to accept or refuse cancellation of an order at any time at our discretion and any such acceptance shall be subject to payment by the
Buyer of a cancellation charge representing our loss of profit and any administrative costs involved. This charge may be waived at our discretion.

Payment
We
accept payment by cash, cleared cheque,
bank or building society draft, bank transfer,
and most major credit cards including
Visa and MasterCard.
Part-exchange may also be accepted, subject
to additional
conditions.
A small charge may be levied for Credit Card transactions at our discretion.
Ownership
The property in goods supplied by the Seller shall not in any event whatsoever pass to the Buyer until the agreed price (including any charges
for carriage) has been paid in full. The property in the products shall not pass to the Customer until all sums due or owing to AVT (UK) Limited on any account for any goods have been paid in full. Products
sold by AVT (UK) Limited to the Customer in which the property has not passed to the Customer, in this case the Customer hereby irrevocably authorises AVT (UK) Limited and its employees and agents to recover
the products and if necessary to enter any premises of the Customer for this purpose. Acceptance of goods is deemed to be an acceptance of this clause.
Credit card orders
Customers
wishing to collect goods must produce
a valid credit card for the transaction.
An additional form of identification
may also be required.
Please note, if we are sending goods via a telephone or mail order transaction, they can only be
sent to the cardholder's address, which is verified with the card company before despatch.
Carriage & Despatch
Any
times quoted for despatch are to be treated
as estimates only. Whilst every endeavour
will be made to meet these estimated
times for despatch AVT (UK) Limited
shall not be liable for failure to despatch
within the time quoted. Unless specifically
agreed, all prices are exclusive of carriage.
For mainland UK deliveries, price of
Next Day delivery is currently £12 for
consignments up to 10 Kg, and £0.50 per
Kg thereafter - insurance is included
up to £500. Saturday delivery is charged
at an extra £20; timed deliveries are
also available at extra cost. Quotations
for delivery to destinations outside
the UK are available upon request – prices
will vary dependent on weight, value
and urgency.
Damage or Loss in transit
Any damage to goods in transit should be notified and
a claim made on the Carrier within two days of receipt. Packing and contents should be held for inspection. AVT (UK) Limited should also be notified at the same time. If the goods are not received within two
days after their confirmed despatch, the Carrier and ourselves should be notified immediately.

Warranties
All new products are covered
by their maker's guarantee against manufacturing defect, normally for a minimum of one year.
Since it is often impossible for us to
establish the history of a used item,
no such warranty can be given. However,
we do ensure that used items sold are
usually tested and working prior to despatch,
and a period of 10 days from despatch
is given for any problems to be reported
to us. All items which are the subject
of a
warranty must be returned freight prepaid
to our premises with details of the invoice
covering the purchase and a description
of the problem. We reserve the right
to make repair, replace or give credit
to value of purchase price, at our option.
Liability
The customer will be responsible for ensuring the goods fit the purpose of the application. AVT (UK) Limited endeavours to ensure that any product information given is
correct. We accept no liability in respect of loss arising from errors in such information provided. In no event shall any breach of contract or tort or negligence or failure of any kind on our part or that
of our employees be accepted as liability for loss of revenue or consequential loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever.
